Where do I start?
To start bidding right away, register an account, purchase some bids. Then pick an auction for an item you would like to have and start bidding!.
How does it work?
Bidding is easy. You simply buy a package of bids to get started bidding.
Each bid placed increases the sale price by 1 to 5 pennies depending on the auction.
Each placed bid consumes one bid from your account. Your bids are already on account because you purchased them already. You can bid as many times as you have bids in your account.
How Do I get more bids?
Simply click on the “Buy Bids” Link.
How much do bids cost?
We offer several bid packages to meet your bidding needs. The cost for each bid varies on the package you choose and range from .49 to .90. Note, Bids are non-refundable.

It can take a few minutes for you to receive your mail from us. Check your spam/junk folder to see if it is in there. If not, please contact support.
What is “BidBuddy”?
We made this very simple. Before you step away form your computer, enter the number of bids you want to use for that auction
If you are engaged in an auction and want to step away from your computer. You can setup the autobidder to bid for you. You have control over the number of bids you want to place. If you win while you are away, simply check your inbox for your winner email notification.
One Bid Buddy bid will be used each time the timer drops below 30 seconds.
Bids will be placed randomly sometime between 0 seconds and 20 seconds.
Again, it will be used randomly sometime between 0 seconds and 20 seconds.
All bids will be consumed until the auction ends
Use of Bid Buddy does not guarantee a win
All unused Bid Buddy bids at the time the auction ends will remain in your account.
Are all auction items brand new?
Yes. All of our products are brand names and factory sealed and come with the full manufacturers warranty.
When do items get shipped?
We ship within 7 days of winning. Most items are shipped via ground, depending where you live, it may take up to 10 days for you to receive your item.
How can I make the most out of Auction Bid Sale? (more wins, free bids, etc)
Many bidders simply bid for the great bargains.
Other bidders bid to win items to resell on ebay.
If you want more free bids, simply refer as many friends as you want. When each friend that signs up buys a bid package, you receive free bids.
What about returns, refunds and Warranties?
If for any reason you decide that you do not want the item received, please call us first and we will help with the return process. Items may only be returned within 14 days from receipt. Please have available the auction ID and your username as this information will help us resolve your return more quickly. We can only offer a refund on the price you paid for the item as well as shipping costs. We cannot offer you a refund on the bids that you placed on the auction.
*Note - Reunds take up to 3 business days to process.
*Please note: The refund for any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error will be subject to a deduction of up to 50% of the item's price.
Exchanging a Broken or Incorrect Item
Please DO NOT send the item back to us or back to the shipper without contacting us. This will only increase the time it takes to replace your item.
We’re sorry that you have received an item with which you are not happy. Occasionally, an item might not work or may get damaged in transit. If this occurs, we will solve your problem as quickly as possible.
It is sometimes useful to check the manufacturer’s website or call their helpline. The most common problems are usually solved without having to return the product.
In the event that the product you received is faulty, please contact us at support@auctionbidsale.com, and we’ll work with you to quickly resolve the situation. Please have available the auction ID, username, and the serial number of the product. This information helps us resolve your problem more quickly
Shipping Rates
The shipping cost of an item will always be shown at the bottom of the auction screen under "Payment Information." This charge may also be viewed upon checkout when you purchase an item.
What if you don’t have the item I won?
On rare occasions, we will not be able to ship the specific item detailed in the auction. If this happens, We will contact you and explain the circumstance. This will result in us sending a product of at least equal value. Often, this will mean an upgrade to the newer version of the item. We are very sorry for any inconvenience we may cause. Your satisfaction is our main priority.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we only ship to the US and Canada (Canada shipping time will be longer than stated on auction shipping terms.) We are planning to expand soon.
How can I track my order?
We are adding tracking tools so you can track your package yourself. Most items will be received with 14 days. If you have not received your order by then, please contact customer support
Site Rules
The following rules were created to make sure that everyone has a fair opportunity to win.
1. Only one account is allowed per person
2. Only one account is allowed per household (exceptions may apply - contact support with questions)
3. Only 8 wins are allowed per account per 28 days. If you bid on more than 8 auctions and your limit is met, we will not refund you. (this limit is currently lifted)
4. Only 3 wins are allowed per day (this limit is currently lifted)
5. No bots of any kind are allowed when using the site
6. Auction Bid Sale employees and their family members (defined as parents, spouse, siblings and children) and any person residing in the same household as employees may not under any circumstances participate in Auction Bid Sale auctions.
7. Bids are non-refundable
Important: Please note that breaking these rules (e.g. by creating multiple accounts for one person or by using bots) violates our terms & conditions and will result in the disabling of all of that customer's accounts. Any items won while in violation of the terms & conditions are not valid and will not be fulfilled. Further, refunds will only be processed for the amounts paid for these items and not for any bids used to win these items while violating the terms & conditions.
How do I change my password?
If you forgot your password, click “reset your password” on the login page.
If you have your password and want to change it, login and go to “My Account” and choose change password.

Login and go to “My Account” and choose “Won Auctions”
How can I invite friends to join Auction Bid Sale?
On you’re my Account page, click “referrals” and follow instructions, you can email friends or input their information, or you can import your address book. You can earn free bids for referrals. All referrals must purchase a bid card for you to receive your free bids.
What Payment methods do you accept?
We accept all Credit Cards and Paypal.
What is a beginner auction?
Offered to new members, beginner auctions are only for members that have not won any items yet.
Is everyone a winner?
Yes, if you don’t win an auction, you can still apply your bids placed towards a discounted “buy now” purchase. You will never have to pay more than the MSRP.
What is “Buy Now”?
Buy now is a fast way to buy the item you are bidding on while it is being auctioned and up to 6hrs after the auction is closed. You can use your bid money spent towards the purchase so your money is not lost. An item can only be purchased one time per bidder per auction.
Why is time added to the auction clock?
This gives enough time for all bidders to decide if they want to bid again, like a traditional auction would do.
The amount of time added varies depending on the auction item. Typical increments are 5,10,15,20, 30 seconds.
Can I watch an auction and not bid on it?
Yes, simply click “add to watchlist” button and it will be added to you’re “my account” area.
What is Retail Price and Cost?
Retail price = the price you would pay for the item in a store.
Cost = the price you would pay for the item if you win the auction.
